old teenagers at the age of 16 to 19 should be encouraged to do paid part time jobs ?
不和观念：
from my perspective , old teenagers at the age of 16 to 19 should never ever be encouraged to do paid part time jobs , for real .
here is my first reason , a part time job is something time consuming that takes up a lot of time of teenagers whose priority should be laid on studying , i mean education , even with a job that brings income , what they lose would outweigh what they gain , for example ,....
secondly ,?
teenagers at such a young age are usually lack of social experience , therefore when they try to get a part time that sounds juicy
, they might be walking into a trap or deception , for the sake of protecting their rights , discouraging them to do a part time is a wise idea , for instance ,....
正面观念：
from my perspective , old teenagers at the age of 16 to 19 should definitely be encouraged to do paid part time jobs , for real .
here is my first reason , teenagers will be able to make a certain amount of economic benefits out of what they do in the job , which can be used to cover their tuition fee and living expense in schools , say a secondary school or university , for example ,.....

a part time is also a kind of social practice that enables youngsters to get to know what the real life world is like or
how the society works , which would be of tremendous help in job hunting in the years to come when they face graduation , for instance ,....
